Ingredients
APRTF Bitter Aperitif - 40ml
Sweet Vermouth - 20ml
Cinnamon Syrup (Recipe Included) - 12.5ml
Topped with Thomson & Scott Noughty Organic alcohol-free Chardonnay
Angostura Bitters (Optional) - 2 Dashes
Orange Peel & Cinnamon Stick Garnish
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a rocks glass filled with ice (Noughty Organic Sparkling Chardonnay last). Gently stir with a barspoon to combine the ingredients. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange twist. Using a blow torch, char the cinnamon stick to give the serve a beautiful aroma even before you've started drinking.
Cinnamon Syrup Recipe
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
Add the water and cinnamon to a saucepan over medium to high heat and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, then strain out the cinnamon sticks. Bring back to the boil and add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Take off the heat and let chill before using.
