ALCOHOL-FREE STRAWBERRY SCHRUB SOUR

Ingredients

APRTF Bitter Aperitif - 50ml

Apple Cider Vinegar Strawberry Shrub (Recipe Included) 50ml

Lime Juice - 12.5ml

Simple Syrup - 12.5ml

Strawberry Garnish

 

Method

Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with half a
strawberry. 

Apple Cider Vinegar Strawberrry Shrub Method

Ingredients: 1 cup strawberries / 1 cup sugar / 1 cup Willy's Apple
Cider vinegar / Lemon Zest.

Method: Add all the ingredients to a saucepan over a medium to high heat and
bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and let it stand for 20/25 minutes.
Strain into a container and refrigerate to cool.  Should be ready to use
within 4 hours
