A refreshing tall drink with a welcome bitterness from fresh grapefruit.
Ingredients
50ml Pentire Seaward
50ml fresh grapefruit juice
1 Tsp of honey
Glug of soda water
Garnish
Sprig of rosemary/ bay leaf
Method
In your chosen glass combine the Pentire Seaward, grapefruit juice and honey before stirring. Next fill the glass with ice before topping with soda and stirring again. Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary or a bay leaf.
