Ingredients:
125ml of Noughty Organic Alcohol Free Sparkling Rosé
1 lime
1 spring of mint leaves
20ml of honey
Method:
Firstly, cut the lime into wedges and squeeze the juice into your favourite mojito glass. Drop a few of those juicy wedges in too for good measure. Add a 20ml of honey or alternatively a dash of citrus-infused simple syrup to sweeten up those taste buds. Now the fun part! Activate the mint leaves by placing them in the palm of one hand, then smacking the mint with your opposite hand. When activated add the mint to your glass, fill it with ice and top up with Noughty Organic, Alcohol Free, Sparkling Rosé. Salud amigos!
