ALCOHOL-FREE FRENCH 75

The French 75 cocktail is traditionally made using champagne, gin, lemon juice and sugar. Also known by its French name of Soixante Quinze or a 75 Cocktail. This is an alcohol-free version of the French 75. Just as pleasant to enjoy but with none of the inconvenience of its alcoholic cousin. Dating back to the first World War, French 75 was first created in Paris in 1915 by a barman named Harry MacElhone.

Why we love the alcohol-free French 75

Whether you're alcohol free as a lifestyle choice, due to pregnancy, driving or you just don't fancy it today, our alcohol-free French 75 will make sure you're still involved in the action. Grab a cocktail shaker and some alcohol free sparkling wine and gin and shake up a storm.

Like all of our alcohol-free cocktail recipes, our French-75 replicates the taste, feel and ambience of its alcoholic counterpart as much as possible. It's a low sugar, low calorie option that will save you from hangovers.

Noughty Organic Alcohol Free Sparkling Chardonnay is one of our best-loved products. Customers return again and again to its rich flavour. Containing just 2.9 grams of sugar per 100 millilitres, it contains around half the amount of sugar found in other non-alcoholic sparkling wines.

Food pairings for alcohol free French 75

We don't hear enough about food pairings for alcohol-free cocktails. The first rule is to treat the alcohol-free French 75 in the same way as its alcoholic counterpart. Consider pairing with fish dishes such as sushi or ceviche.

Don't forget though, Thomson & Scott have made their Noughty Organic Alcohol Free Sparkling Chardonnay completely vegan. So, it's a great option for pairing with a vegan meal. Think tomato and basil pasta, meat-free mushroom stroganoff or even a vegan fish-style meat replacement dish.
